We meet each cleaner in person or through video.

We inspect equipment & materials

Before recommending a cleaning company, we inspect their equipment to ensure it’s professional, well-maintained, and appropriate for your home. This step helps prevent property damage, ensures hygienic practices, and confirms the company’s commitment to high cleaning standards. Step 4

Cleaners must maintain an 80/100 rating to continue operating on our platform.

To ensure consistent excellence, every cleaner on our platform must maintain a minimum rating of 80 out of 100. This performance standard is based on real customer feedback and regular quality checks. It helps us quickly identify top performers, address issues early, and ensure you always receive reliable, high-quality service from professionals who take pride in their work.
