Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Limitation of Liability Clean Shark is a referral platform that connects clients with independent cleaning professionals. While we take safety seriously—conducting routine background checks and verifying insurance on an ongoing basis—we do not employ the cleaners listed on our platform. By using Clean Shark, you acknowledge and agree that Clean Shark is not responsible or liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of any cleaner referred through our service. Clean Shark acts solely as a matching and vetting service, and cannot foresee, prevent, or be held liable for any incidents, damages, or disputes that may arise during or after the completion of services. We continue to take all reasonable measures to ensure that cleaners are trustworthy and qualified, but ultimate responsibility for the service lies between the client and the cleaner. By booking through Clean Shark, you accept these terms and agree to release Clean Shark from any liability related to the cleaning services provided. 🛑 Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. However, to respect the time of our cleaning professionals, Clean Shark charges a $25 cancellation fee for any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
